Collaboration is the only way to make your plan or vision materialize. But that turns out to be more difficult than expected. And then? Then you call me. I’ll organise it for you. I make sure that the collaboration becomes successful, your plans become reality, and that the pace is kept up. My focus is both on attaining the end goals and on building a future-proof collaboration.

I am Moniek Lijster, collaboration architect, specialised in collaboration across the boundaries of disciplines and organisations. I bring the right people together, in the right organisational form, with the right conversation. In co-creation. Intuitively, I know what is needed. For one person or in a group. As a collaboration architect, I am a facilitator, programme manager, process manager, project leader, consortium builder and policy officer all in one. I build the bridge while crossing it. I ensure overview, a relaxed atmosphere and mutual respect. Meanwhile, I keep a steady pace. This is how I help you bring about your vision of the future. People intrigue me. By how they act, by what they say. Especially when things become complex, if several stakeholders are jointly working on a vision or because of opposite interests.
Everyone sees where the work has to lead to, and yet nothing changes or things move too slowly. Recognisable? Moving forward regardless in such a situation is something I have elevated to an art as a collaboration architect. Moving forward is something we do together. And in co-creation, so that we unlock everyone’s potential. Only then can we make a real difference.
