I am Moniek Lijster – collaboration architect – working as a meeting facilitator, process facilitator, and interim research manager. With over 12 years of experience in research management and policy, I support scientific teams and programmes that cross boundaries: between disciplines, organisations, and countries. My strength lies in guiding collaboration that truly works — both in content and in process. As a facilitator in Liberating Structures and Deep Democracy, I combine my expertise in team science, group dynamics, and organisational processes to make collaboration more effective, more human, and more impactful.
