Working method

I take your plans a big leap further. I learn, think and act quickly and I make connections easily. As a collaborative architect, I work with the relevant people to design your project, programme or new policy. Keywords of my approach are co-creation and process guidance. The needed wisdom is already present in the involved people. I learn to speak their languages and get to know their motivations and perspectives. In this way, I ensure broad support for your plans and shared ownership. Soon after starting, I know enough of the content to be a full sparring partner. I build a programme, a project, or whatever collaboration structure you need. I design the collaboration in such a way that those involved can efficiently work together in the implementation.

Interim policy officer research

For Royal Dutch Visio, I worked as an interim policy officer in the Research & Care Improvement team. Among other activities, I coordinated Visio’s contribution to an interdisciplinary consortium with several (applied) universities and companies for an NWO application.
