I take your plans a big leap further. I learn, think and act quickly and I make connections easily. As a collaborative architect, I work with the relevant people to design your project, programme or new policy. As a natural leader I take charge of the collaboration. In doing so, I combine hard management skills with \u201csoft skills\u201d. Keywords of my approach are co-creation and process facilitation<\/a>. The needed wisdom is already present in the involved people. I learn to speak their languages and get to know their motivations and perspectives. In this way, I ensure broad support for your plans and shared ownership. Soon after starting, I know enough of the content to be a full sparring partner. I build a programme, a project, or whatever collaboration structure you need. I was interim coordinator at the Center for Unusual Collaborations (CUCo). The organisation was going through a difficult transition phase.
